Michael'S 12-week ripped BODY TRANSFORMATION

Michael is a professional photographer who had zero experience exercising prior to working with Brandon. Michael has specific goals. He wanted to build the confidence to exercise on his own and completely change his physic. Michel was able to accomplish this within 12 weeks of training and two 30 minute sessions a week.

Christina'S LEAN BODY TRANSFORMATION

Christina is a dedicated high school teacher with a love for running. Her goals were to build lean muscle mass and incorporate a strength training regiment into her running routine to help increase her pace and distance. Through stability and strength training Christina has been able to run longer, faster while burning fat and building lean muscle mass.
