Michael is a professional photographer who had zero experience exercising prior to working with Brandon. Michael has specific goals. He wanted to build the confidence to exercise on his own and completely change his physic. Michel was able to accomplish this within 12 weeks of training and two 30 minute sessions a week.
Christina is a dedicated high school teacher with a love for running. Her goals were to build lean muscle mass and incorporate a strength training regiment into her running routine to help increase her pace and distance. Through stability and strength training Christina has been able to run longer, faster while burning fat and building lean muscle mass.
Orcel is on a tear as he continues to workout everyday of the week and is currently planning to do a hyrax in 2026.
Since 2019 Stephanie has been a consistent and dedicated member of The Gym, making her our longest active client. With a busy schedule and dedicated family time, she finds a way to show up every week!
