Brandon johnson

Previously a low-confident, skinny kid with average goals and plans to operate under the radar my entire life. I started my post-college career doing entry-level accounting work, while personal training on the side. As my skillset and clientele for personal training grew, I was able to leave my full-time job and pursue my passion.

When it comes to training and nutrition, authentic coaching and education is the key to seeing results that last forever. At The Gym, it is my mission to provide clients with world-class coaching, education, and support to guarantee you achieve the best results you seek.

Seneca Williams

I am a fitness enthusiast with a passion for assisting others achieve their physical goals and maximizing their quality of life. My love for exercise developed within my own journey as a high school and collegiate athlete. By incorporating my educational background of Exercise Science, Physical Therapy and 5+ years of training experience, I’m able to apply my knowledge to each client in order to reach both physical and mental advancement.

My philosophy of training is to prioritize appropriate execution of movement with a focus on enhancing functional strength and mobility in order to obtain
one’s desired physique. Regardless of the specific goal I aim to be your guide in the right direction. Overall, my goal is to help you become the best version of yourself and maintain a healthier lifestyle that best suits you.

Christina Geitner

I’ve always loved being active, but without the right knowledge used to take an unhealthy approach when setting fitness goals. A challenging time then presented itself and I forgot how to live in a healthy manner. Support from a personal trainer was beneficial in living a healthy lifestyle, and I wanted to provide the same support to others, so I got my NASM Certification.

I find so much joy in supporting individuals in meeting their goals, no matter where they’re beginning. With nine years of education experience, I love to teach, learn, and create individualized plans based on strengths, needs, and desired outcomes. I believe in a holistic approach to coaching, creating a space where we’re learning and growing together, and balancing support and accountability.
