Set the Tone was created for women who feel the same way. Especially if you’re new to the gym, this class exists to help you feel confident walking in on your own.
Set the Tone is a fully coached, women-centered strength training class for all experience levels. Learn proper lifting technique, build real strength, and gain the confidence to train independently in a supportive environment.
More than a workout, it’s a community of women learning to move through the gym, and life, with confidence.
